Electric Sculpt

About

Founder & CEO of Electric Sculpt, a boutique women's EMS fitness studio in Delray Beach, Florida. My mission is to help women build strength, improve body composition, and support healthy aging through efficient, science-backed fitness. Using whole-body Electro Muscle Stimulation (WB-EMS), I provide personalized one-on-one training designed for busy women who want to maximize results in just 20 minutes, while minimizing stress on their joints. Beyond training, I am passionate about educating women on muscle health, longevity, menopause, recovery and wellness. I believe Strength and Community are two of the most powerful tools women have to advance their quality of life and long term health. As an entrepreneur and fitness professional, I have spent over 20 years leading teams, building businesses and educating communities, primarily women and children, on the importance of prioritizing both physical and mental health. Helping them to discover that inner and outer strength is what inspires me every day. Today, as the founder of Electric Sculpt, I'm combining that experience with innovative EMS technology to make strength training more accessible, efficient and empowering for women.
